This is a contemporary prospective online collection of neurological outcomes in people with multiple sclerosis (MS), to examine and improve long-term prognosis. Patients' disease courses can be tracked over time and comparative data is available from a large MS cohort.

For patients

If you have been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis you will be able to contribute data directly to this online registry to track your personal disease course, and help us evaluate outcomes in multiple sclerosis. Your data will be stored anonymously and is accessible only to you and approved members of Cardiff University. You will be able to choose with whom to share your data and change your preferences at any time.


This disease registry is accessible only to members of the research team and patient data are stored anonymously in order to study the effects of disease-modifying treatments in multiple sclerosis.
